Continuous Assessment

Annual promotions are not decided by the final exam alone. We follow a comprehensive aggregate system where the total marks are divided among Unit Tests, Half-Yearly, and Annual Examinations.

Passing Criteria

For promotion, a student must secure a minimum of 40% in each subject and a total aggregate of 40%.

Note: No re-examination will be conducted out of schedule.

Medical Absence

No leave other than Medical Leave is sanctioned during exams.

  • Must submit Medical Certificate during leave.
  • Fitness Certificate required upon return.

Code of Conduct

Students detected giving or obtaining unfair assistance will be immediately disqualified.

Strictly Prohibited

Final Authority

All cases of doubt regarding evaluation of answer papers and promotion rest entirely at the discretion of the Principal.

Repetition Policy

A student who fails for two consecutive years in a class will automatically be disqualified for continuance of studies in this school.
